Farglory Reality Has Played an Important Role in Leading Digital Residences in Taiwan

Taiwan's government has promoted fiber broadband building(FTTB) labeling certification system for impelling the new technology to boost the country's optical fiber communication industry. There are two types of FBB labels -- fiber to the home gold label and fiber to the building silver label, in charge of by the Industrial Development Bureau under the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), the MOEA Committee of Communications Industry Development, the Institute for Information Industry, the Taiwan Electrical And Electronic Manufacturers Association and the Communications Industry Alliance (CIA).

As the leading construction company in Taiwan, Farglory Realty, has acquired twelve of fiber broadband building labeling certifications as the top winner of domestic construction company. Since 2004, Farglory has been keeping contributing to develop fiber architecture based on e-home notion, far ahead of the other construction companies in current years. Ken Liou, Digital R.D Development Office of Farglory Realty, shared some of his viewpoints under fiber architecture and e-home concept for fiber technology development in foreseeable future.

The Taiwan's Government Shows its Determination to Improve Broadband Wireless and Fiber Connectivity

For the last few years, the penetration of broadband has been the principle indicator of a developed country's competitiveness. However, while developed countries' broadband markets are approaching to complete penetration, and the gap between them is getting more narrow, the high speed and bandwidth of FTTx(Fiber To The X stands for all the "fiber-to-the-wherever" technologies-various places fiber can be linked to such as(to the) home, office, etc.) has become the focus of broadband infrastructure all over the world. 

About 30% of Taiwanese Corporations Will Infuse Investment into Thin-Client in 2008 
It is estimated by MIC (Market Intelligence Center) that in 2008 the scale of investment of Taiwanese corporations for Thin-Client will reach NT$8.5 billion, 26.1% more than that of 2007, for Blade-center, NT$6.1 billion, 38.6% more, and for NAS (Network-Attached Storage), NT$5.1 billion, 22.7% less.
