The VIP (Vertical Integrated Platform) product line created by AOpen is specially designed for industrial applications and customized solutions.  The Digital Engine is the core of VIP product line, which is the best solution for various applications, including digital signage, kiosk, POS, thin client, media player, medical, and in-car computer.

Digital Engine DE2700 is the easy-to-install media player with built-in Atom N270 processor and 1G DDR memory.  It is suitable for applications such as digital signage and kiosk.  The product can play HD video of resolutions up to 480P/720P and has DVI-I interface to support dual display.  With comprehensive flexibility, it is equipped with MiniCard slot to expand wireless 802.11b/g/n or TV tuner. 

Another product, Engine Core, is a revolutionary compact server solution.  In order to save the space in a computer room to install more servers, AOpen designs the Engine Core of the same size as an ATX tower casing, which can contain up to 6 Digital Engines.  The product comes in two specifications: stand-alone and rack-mount.  Both have built-in two 12cm fans and dirt filters for heat dissipation and dust proof effects.
